I'm pleased to write this review for Tru Frame. Mike & Jon did an outstanding job building a roof over our patio. Their work blends so seamlessly with our home that it looks like it was always part of the original design. They are extremely professional, very easy to work with and clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. They paid close attention to every detail. That attention is what made the final result so impressive. Mike & Jon are top notch builders. We're thrilled with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We are so glad we went with TruFrame for our new deck. The build quality is amazing, and you can tell watching them work that they are true craftsmen who pay attention to detail. Everyone working on the project was professional, courteous, and -- dang -- they worked hard! We had multiple bids from other companies that promised all sorts of bells and whistles at a way higher price, and we are 100% certain they would not have done the quality work TruFrame did. Seriously -- if you're looking to get a deck built, hire these guys.

These guys are amazing, lining up the side contractors made it all happen so quickly, they hire nothing but the best! Can’t wait for them to come back to do more work(deck)! They work hard, always seem to find a way, very easy to work with and build it like it’s their own home. 2”x12” ceiling and floor joists about 1/8th inch wider and thicker than big box store lumber, Certainteed landmark shingles, best in the business, alliance windows which are top quality and carry a great warranty, coincidentally we have in the rest of our home. From day one, Mike and Jon have shown nothing but honesty, integrity, grit (these poor guys worked into some very cold months to get this done!), and the highest-quality craftsmanship. You can see the pride in the end product. They are 100% worth every penny - don't bother looking elsewhere, this is who you want your project done by.

Absolutely spectacular company. My new deck is stunning. The attention to detail was phenomenal. They listened to exactly what we wanted to do and made it happen. The professionalism shown was simply top notch as well. Would give 10 stars if I could.

We had our siding, windows, doors, and soffit replaced on our house and they did an amazing job! Very attentive to every detail and had no problem changing things for us that we changed our minds on! Tru Frame is a top quality company. My experience with them was tremendous. They helped me with the design of my deck and showed me pictures of other decks they built. This led me to change my design and go with a two color deck with built in benches instead of railings. What a great help this turned out to be. The deck they built for me is actually perfect. I can't find a single mistake. Their pricing was extremely competitive. Their employees were friendly, respectful, and professional. I can't say enough about Tru Frame. If you want a great deck built this is the company to go with.

The deck is beautiful and our new favorite place to hang out. Extremely well made, John, Nick and Mike were fantastic. They left everything so clean each day, which further shows their quality and care. Can’t wait to have them back next summer for an addition.

In less than 2 days, I was amazed at the quality and workmanship of a brand new grey and brown designed deck with black railings and an access step. Mike and Jon of Tru Frame just completed building a replacement deck on my home. What they have managed to build is an absolutely beautiful addition to our home. From design to completion, these guys were the consummate professionals. I must say, their attention to detail with this build was certainly both impressive and appreciated. Starting with the tear down, insertion of the "screws/pillars, then the framing and finally the deck itself, we could not be more happy with our decision to have Tru Frame build our deck. I paid attention to them building it and asked a lot of questions and their precision on EVERYTHING was so impressive!! Jon's precision finishing on the end pieces, Mikes precision with the steps, and their precision on the spacing and even the drill holes on the fascia boards, I just don't think you get that with everyone! If you are contemplating a building project I would strongly recommend Mike and Jon at Tru Frame!! Thanks guys for a great build!!

We were thrilled with the work Truframe did tearing out our old wrap around deck and rebuilding 2 smaller decks. We were even more thrilled they could do the work during our unseasonably balmy February. The team were fantastic, got things done quickly, kept everything clean and tidy at end of day and ate a lot of cake - but it was cold out. The new deck has really improved the back of the house giving us a new garden space. The neighbors keep popping in to take a look. We were able to get 3.5 tons of stone delivered and its all looking good, ready for the spring when it will be a picture. Great value, work, many thanks

Jon and Mike recently completed a new deck for my elderly mother, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From the start, Jon communicated clearly and consistently, keeping us informed every step of the way. Despite working through last month’s Polar Vortex, both Jon and Mike were dependable, professional, and genuinely trustworthy. Jon even went the extra mile by volunteering to move the patio furniture off the old deck and placing it back once the new one was finished. Since the project took several days, they made sure to neatly clean up their tools and materials at the end of each day, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Although everything went perfectly, I’m fully confident they would have addressed any concerns promptly and thoroughly if they had arisen. I highly recommend Tru Frame to anyone looking to update an existing deck or install a brand-new one.

We now have an amazing extended indoor area (covered deck/3 season/screen porch) plus the outdoor space.

I would highly recommend Tru Frame! First off, let’s just start with appreciating a prompt and professional call back. Sounds simple but not all companies do that in a timely manner. Next, they came and assessed our area, gave us some good ideas, costs, etc all in a friendly, collaborative way. You can tell this team enjoys being together and respects each other. While they were working on our project, you could hear them outside laughing and seemed to be having fun, even in the freezing temps! Our project was completed with so much thought and design help due to some sloping concrete issues that we have. They did an incredible job and really added on the value of our home and also extended our home to have a wonderful outdoor space that we never imagined. Had a tree fall on my house last year, took out my porch and TruFrame came in and did an amazing job. Our new porch is the best thing about our house in the summer time. Would highly recommend and work with them again.

Our experience with Mike was professional and in-depth. During the quoting process he took the time to explain the process, options available and was quick to respond. He was even quick to refer other contractors in case we wanted to go in another direction. All of this made us feel he had our best interests at heart and we were not just another number. Ultimately, we had to postpone our build to a later date and not build this year. However, instead of pressuring us, he was encouraging that we had to do what was right for our family.
